Senior Executive/Executive – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual sales targets by promoting and selling high-end residential and commercial properties.
  • Actively generate and follow up on leads through client meetings, networking, and referrals.
  • Provide detailed information to potential clients about project specifications, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Arrange property visits and tours for prospective buyers, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in sales (real estate sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of Dhaka’s real estate market, especially high-value locations like Banani, Gulshan, and Dhanmondi, is an advantage. Additional Qualifications:
