Job Title: Woven Manager

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Salary: 110,000 130,000 per month

Key Job Responsibilities:

•  Lead and manage end-to-end merchandising activities for woven products, from product development to shipment.

•  Coordinate with international buyers regarding product development, costing, sampling, order execution, and shipment.

•  Supervise and guide the merchandising team to ensure smooth and timely order execution.

•  Maintain strong communication and coordination with factories, suppliers, and buyers.

•  Review and follow up on samples, fabrics, trims, accessories, tech packs, and buyer approvals.

•  Monitor production progress and ensure orders are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

•  Oversee costing, order confirmation, production planning, and shipment follow-up.

•  Identify potential production, quality, or delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.

•  Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and company policies.

•  Prepare and review T&A, order tracking, and merchandising reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in woven merchandising.

• Must have proven experience in a reputed buying house.

•  Strong understanding of woven product development, fabrics, construction, trims, costing, and production processes.

•  Excellent buyer communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

•  Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

•  Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and critical deadlines effectively.

•  Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and merchandising documentation.
