▪️ Handle end-to-end merchandising activities from product development to shipment.
▪️ Coordinate with buyers and factories regarding product development, costing, sampling, and order execution.
▪️ Follow up on sample development, approvals, fabrics, trims, and production requirements.
▪️ Monitor production progress and ensure timely execution of orders.
▪️ Maintain effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and factory teams.
▪️ Assist in costing, order confirmation, production follow-up, and shipment coordination.
▪️ Ensure buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines are properly maintained.
▪️ Prepare and maintain T&A, order tracking, and merchandising reports.
▪️ Identify potential production or delivery issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering is mandatory.
▪️ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising.
▪️ Strong knowledge of merchandising processes, product development, costing, sampling, and order execution.
▪️ Experience working with a reputed buying house will be highly preferred.
▪️ Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
▪️ Ability to manage multiple orders and meet strict deadlines.
▪️ Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and merchandising documentation.
