Job Title: Senior Merchandiser – Woven 
Company Type: A reputed Multinational Garment Buying Office 
Working Days: Saturday– Thursday 
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
Salary: BDT 80,000–90,000

Job Responsibilities: 
 Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for woven products, from development to shipment. 
 Coordinate with international buyers on product development, costing, approvals, and order execution. 
 Maintain strong communication with factories, ensuring on-time production and quality compliance. 
 Review samples, tech packs, BOM, and ensure accurate interpretation to suppliers. 
 Monitor production progress and proactively solve issues related to fabric, trims, quality, or shipment delays. 
 Conduct price negotiations, supplier management, and vendor capacity planning. 
 Ensure all orders meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and delivery timelines. 
 Prepare reports, track order status, and maintain records in an organized manner.

Educational Requirements: 
 Bachelor’s Degree in Any Discipline.

Skills Requirements:

 Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in woven merchandising with strong buyer handling skills.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills with foreign buyers and suppliers. 
 Strong understanding of woven fabrics, trims, costing, consumption, and manufacturing 
processes. 
 Ability to manage multiple orders, tight deadlines, and pressure situations. 
 Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and merchandising tools/software. 
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
