Position: Manager / Team Lead – Quality Inspection
Experience: Minimum 08 -10 years
Salary: BDT 70,000–80,000 per month
Location: Dhaka Bangladesh
Lead and supervise quality inspection activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor inspection assignments and daily operations.
Conduct and oversee product inspections, quality assessments, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, inspection protocols, and applicable quality standards.
Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and review inspection reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Maintain effective communication with clients, factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage and develop the inspection team to improve productivity and service quality.
Requirements
Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in quality inspection.
Prior experience in a third-party inspection company will be strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of quality inspection procedures, quality standards, and reporting practices.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection assignments.
